You should have: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Day to day you will measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
