Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Kandiyohi County, Minnesota. Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety On the job you will handle: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
