Head baker • Sheridan County, North Dakota

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Sheridan County, North Dakota. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
