Escalator technician — Macon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an escalator technician in Macon County, Missouri. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. On a typical shift you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
