Great opportunity: pastry baker (Ogun State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Rotating shifts.
