Restoration bricklayer wanted in Koochiching County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Koochiching County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
