Smash repairer — Barnstable County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. Your main tasks: • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish 5+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
