Immediate opening: we are hiring a security guard in Republic County, Kansas. The job is at a shopping mall. Requirements: • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Height and weight as per security norms Day-to-day duties: • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover Six days a week, one day off.
