Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
