Baker — Estill County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Estill County, Kentucky. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
