Electrostatic spray painter — Ibiono Ibom

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Ibiono Ibom, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
