Kitchen cook — Meagher County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Meagher County, Montana. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
