You will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Six days a week, one day off.
