Powder spray gun operator — Borsari

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Borsari, Yobe State. You will work on an industrial coating line. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Your main tasks: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness We offer ₦1,050 per hour plus benefits.
