Press machine operator — LaGrange County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in LaGrange County, Indiana. You will work at a busy press shop. Day-to-day duties: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Six days a week, one day off.
