Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Lewis County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Full-time, day shift. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
