On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
