Plasterer's mate • Hoonah-Angoon Census Area, Alaska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Hoonah-Angoon Census Area, Alaska. You will be based in a refurbishment property. Day to day you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. What we are looking for: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents 2+ years on the tools preferred.
