Brick and block layer — Houston County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Houston County, Tennessee. Day to day you will laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
