Join our team: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Morris County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane The role involves: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
