Machine setter-operator wanted in Henderson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Henderson County, Kentucky. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature 6+ years on the tools preferred.
