Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Johnson County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
