Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Richland County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Overtime paid at a premium rate.
