Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Tillamook County, Oregon. On a typical shift you will fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. What we are looking for: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
