Baker — Surrey

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Surrey, England. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
