Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances The role involves grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $23 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
