Paint booth operator • DeKalb County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in DeKalb County, Alabama. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating.
