Head baker — Steuben County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Steuben County, New York. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Six days a week, one day off.
