Immediate opening: we are hiring a dispatch rider in Gem County, Idaho. The job is at a courier and parcel hub. On the job you will handle: • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off You should have: • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
