Now hiring: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Monroe County, West Virginia. You will work at a property maintenance company. The role involves: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Sand and fill walls before applying primer Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
