Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
