Restoration bricklayer — Waller County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Waller County, Texas. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one The role involves erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
