Kitchen cook wanted in Mercer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Mercer County, North Dakota. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Rotating shifts.
