Vacancy available: in-process quality controller (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Calhoun County, Illinois. You will work in an automotive parts factory. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
