Tower crane operator wanted in Ouachita County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Ouachita County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
