Coating plant operator — Perry County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Perry County, Kentucky. You will work at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
