Press machine operator wanted in Carroll County

Join our team: we are hiring a press machine operator in Carroll County, Maryland. On a typical shift you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; record output and downtime on the production sheet; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg 2+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
