Falsework carpenter — Waldo County

Join our team: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Waldo County, Maine. On the job you will handle: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Full-time, day shift.
