Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Marion County, Kansas. Requirements: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance The role involves stockpile and spread material to the required levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects.
