Cnc setter-operator • Estill County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Estill County, Kentucky. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
