Bakery assistant — Hamilton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Hamilton County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
