Dough maker — Nome Census Area

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Nome Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
