On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills ₦10,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
