Machine operator — Lyon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator in Lyon County, Iowa. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. On a typical shift you will carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels. Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Six days a week, one day off.
