Fine-dining server wanted in Carroll County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Carroll County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
