Scullery hand — Moore County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Moore County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
