The role involves: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code You should have: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
