Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Saint Lucie County, Florida. The job is in an automotive parts factory. You should have: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection The role involves: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
