Paint and prep technician wanted in Jackson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Jackson County, Arkansas. You will be based in a spray booth. The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
