Construction labourer — Carter County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a construction labourer in Carter County, Tennessee. You will work on a metro and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Your main tasks: • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour Overtime paid at a premium rate.
